Print Coordinator (Night Shift - On-Site)

Broadridge is growing! We are currently recruiting for a Print Coordinator - Expeditor to join our dynamic Production Operations team in Coppell.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed.  This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time.

Organize, control, implement, and monitor the flow of printed materials within print operations.Schedule and confirm print jobs, ensuring all specifications and deadlines are met.Arrange adjustments as needed and oversee quality control throughout the print process.Maintain efficient workflows and implement continuous improvement initiatives to meet productivity and safety standards.Recommend, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to optimize print operations.Manage suppliers and print-related costs.Review, prioritize, and process print requests to ensure proper file preparation and order accuracy.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise.Train operators in the use of print equipment and software applications.Ensure all production equipment is reported and maintained in optimal condition.Communicate production information to Planning/Analysis teams and report equipment and production status as needed.Ensure compliance with industry standards and Broadridge guidelines for all printed materials.Manage inventory of print supplies, including toner, printheads, blades, and paper, ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained.

Requirements:

Strong analytical, organizational, and process management skillsAdvanced verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task and manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced team environmentHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work under tight deadlines and with minimal supervisionComfortable with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and OutlookSelf-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learnAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 poundsFlexible schedule with weekend work and overtime required.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in print operations or a similar production environmentPrior experience in a leadership or senior operational role is a plusBA/BS degree or High School diploma with equivalent experienceFamiliarity with production/operations/manufacturing/retail environments preferredExperience handling scheduling tools, PDF/Postscript files, and basic Excel/Word functionsWorking knowledge of inventory and supply chain processes

Compensation:  The hourly rate for this position is $ 23.36- $37.75 USD Hourly
