Job Summary:

The Print and Mail Service Representative will be required to cover different customer accounts supporting the print production department performing tasks such as mail sorting/delivering mail, operating basic print equipment and maintaining reporting logs. Additionally, may be required to cover extended periods at accounts due to special projects or unforeseen circumstances/absences. Candidates may be required to travel for multiple overnights as well.

Primary Responsibilities:

Position is Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4:30pmStart day in Print Shop located in Webster, NY and work there from 7:30am-9:00amLeave Print Shop at 9am with Xerox vehicle and drive to Post Office in Greece, NY to pick-up customers daily mail.Bring the mail to customer building, and sort the mail and pick up packages at the site that were delivered by UPS/Fedex from previous dayOrganize the mail and packages and deliver it to (4) main buildings within a 3-mile radius for customerWhile doing the deliveries, also responsible for picking up "outgoing" customer mail, and bringing it back to the Print Shop.After deliveries are made, go back to Print Shop in Webster, NY which is usually around 1pmSpend the remaining part of the afternoon doing print production work in the Print Shop.Know how to run/operate Xerox production color and black and white devices.Finishing work to complete:  hole punching, folding, shrink-wrapping, paper cutting, etc....Must have ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Must have good computer skills, and know Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookDistribute supplies as required.Must have good communication skills, as associate is interacting with customers on a daily basis
Skills and Qualifications:Ability to travel every day via vehicle.Minimum of one (1) year experience in a Customer Service role.Basic technical troubleshooting skills and adaptability to learn print production equipment.Functional knowledge of a PC, including Microsoft Office and web browsing, sending and receiving emails, managing files, and performing data entry.Ability to learn multiple tasks at accounts and continue daily operations when main operator(s) are out of the office.High School Diploma or equivalent.Must be able to stand for long periods of time, walk, bend, and reach and lift up to 50 lbs.
