Must be reliable, resourceful and have experience working with laser and inject printers. The candidate must also be able to do basic troubleshooting on office equipment and follow a strict chain of custody protocol, manage all inventory and supplies needed for daily job function. Must be organized and maintain document logs. **Responsibilities:** + Operate and maintain laser and inject printers. + Monitor print queue for jobs submission and assign to printer. + Monitor and check output to ensure quality and accuracy. + Perform basic troubleshooting on office equipment. + Follow a strict chain of custody protocol for sensitive documents. + Provide excellent customer service to clients. + Work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent + Experience working with laser and inject printers. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy + Ability to work independently and efficiently. + Excellent communication and customer service skills. + Ability to follow strict chain of custody protocol. + Availability to work Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend overtime. + Excellent written communication skills + Basic knowledge and comfort with Microsoft Suite (word, Excel, Outlook) Pay Transparency Statement: Pay transparency laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
