Print Production Mail Specialist - 2nd shift
Join Forbes 2024 Best Employer for DiversityAs aprint production associate or mid-level specialistin the Creative Business Organization (CBO), you'll be responsible for performing tasks that support the printing, mail processing, and finishing services used to produce transactional and non-transactional company mailings. You’ll assist in the set-up of jobs on the equipment (e.g., printers, inserters, finishing) by preparing and/or transporting needed materials used in the processing of work assignments. If you have an aptitude for machine interaction and a passion for quality work in a fast-paced production environment, this is the position for you.

Must-have qualificationsHigh School diploma or GED equivalent or higherPreferred skillsOperating high speed production-oriented equipment including a pallet jackBasic problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new situations and learn quicklyStrong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environmentAbility to work on multiple projects and/or assignments simultaneouslyEnsures quality and accuracy in your work assignments and perform routine shipping activitiesPhysical requirements/working conditionsMust be able to move and/or lift 22 lb. mail trays at any given time, 60 lbs. at other times and move up to 1,200 pounds using a pallet jack.Requires long periods of standing (e.g., mailroom)May require prolonged repetitive use of the upper extremitiesExposure to chemicals, equipment, noise and other work conditions typically found in a commercial facility is possibleRequired to frequently walk, sit, bend and kneelRequired to use hands and fingers to operate objects, tools or controls and reach with hands and armsRequired to climb, balance, stoop, crouch and crawlVision abilities include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focusInvolves operating heavy machinery and equipmentScheduleMonday - Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm EST.
