The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing job set-up and hands-on operation in our pad printing department, ensuring high-quality printed output that meets our clients' specifications. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, supervisory skills, and attention to detail. **Duties** + Operate and maintain printing machinery to produce high-quality printed materials. + Monitor the printing process to ensure consistency and adherence to quality standards. + Collaborate with the production and office team to review production orders, prepare jobs for print, including prepress tasks such as color management, layout, and sample runs. + Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to identify and resolve any issues. + Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols while operating equipment. + Supervise a team of pad printing operators, overseeing their output and quality control. + Assist in training new staff on printing processes and equipment operation. **Qualifications** + High School Diploma or equivalent required. + Previous hands-on experience in print production is preferred, specifically pad and/or screen printing, with a strong emphasis on set-up and troubleshooting. + Ability to set up and operate a variety of pad printing machines with precision and accuracy. + Understanding of ink mixing, screen/plate preparation, and color matching techniques. + Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or graphics and specifications. + Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. + Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Physical Requirements** + Frequent sitting, standing, and walking. + Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy boxes (up to 50 lbs). + Frequent reaching with hands and arms. + Frequent bending, kneeling, and crouching. + Hand-eye coordination and dexterity for operating machinery. **If you or someone you know may be intersted, please apply to this role directly or reach out to me directly at one of my contact methods below!** **Email: mict851@kellyservices.com | Phone: (610) 871-8908** As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
