Provide direct support, consultation, guidance and training to users and identify technical solutions
Work location, University of Iowa Hospitals, Iowa City, Iowa.
Assisting HCIS printer lead with advanced installation, configuration, and maintenance of printer hardware; assistance with user account administration; and the ability to learn and provide basic clinic application support. Work will be performed directly in the clinical setting (OR, nursing unit, patient bedside, critical care unit, pharmacy) in a structured Help Desk environment.  Target goal is the replacement of approximately 120 network printers.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in order to communicate effectively with a diverse population of technical and non-technical staff.
