**2nd or 3rd Shift Opportunity: Print Press Machine Operator Needed!** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator with specific experience operating a Jet Press Machine. This role is for a 2nd or 3rd shift with hours from 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Monday - Thursday or 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM Sunday - Thursday. The ideal candidate will have print industry experience and be capable of performing live adjustments as needed. **Responsibilities** + Run printing press according to the production schedule. + Inspect printed products before and during the press run, adjusting settings and ink density for quality reproduction, or shutting down the press to make necessary adjustments. + Work within Standard Operating Procedures, checking the load for proper raw stock and loading it into the press feeder. + Check printing plates and inks for proper specifications, set up the press with printing plates and ink for scheduled orders, and complete necessary documentation including product count, production, delays, and causes of delays. + Communicate any major equipment malfunction or poor quality raw material. + Follow safety standards and keep the press area clean. + Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of printing experience. + Proficient in communicating and writing in English. + Experience with Halm Jet Press Machine. OR + Experience as an Envelope Machine Operator. OR + Experience as a Sheet-fed Press Operator.
