Printing Press Operator (3rd Shift)
Our client, a leader in the production industry, is seeking a Printing Press Operator (3rd Shift) to join their team. As a Printing Press Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting the manufacturing of high-quality medical device packaging. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Printing Press Operator (3rd Shift) **Location:** Canaan, CT **Pay Range:** $30 per hour Shift: 10:45pm - 7:15am (Sunday - Thursday or Monday - Friday) **What's the Job?** + Operate Flexographic printing equipment to manufacture required graphics on paper and film substrates. + Inspect raw materials and ensure the correct web stock and ink are being used. + Perform cleanup and preventative maintenance of printing and slitting equipment. + Maintain quality of all products and complete quality inspection sheets. + Report any safety hazards and production metrics according to the latest accounting methods. **What's Needed?** + High School Diploma or GED. + Experience operating printing presses is required. + Ability to perform quality inspections and maintain production standards. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety regulations. + Ability to work the 3rd shift from 10:45 PM to 7:15 AM, Sunday through Thursday or Monday through Friday. **What's in it for me?** + Competitive pay rate of $30 per hour. + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. + Gain valuable experience in the printing and production industry. + Be part of a team that values quality and safety. + Potential for contract-to-hire opportunities.
