Job Description

Role Overview: Unpack Your Potential 

Join Amcor as a Press Operator and play a key role in producing high-quality packaging that makes a global impact. You’ll run a 6-color rotogravure press, ensure safety and quality standards, and contribute to a team focused on collaboration and continuous improvement. 

Schedule 

Shift: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Pay: $23.72-$27/hour + $1.50/hour night shift premium 

Overtime: 1.5x pay for hours over 40 per week 

401(k): Dollar-for-dollar match up to 8%

Job Description: Possibility Unpacked 

 What you’ll do:  

Set up and operate rotogravure press to meet quality/productivity goals 

Monitor color accuracy and print quality 

Troubleshoot equipment and printing issues 

Follow all safety and chemical handling procedures 

Inspect and correct materials during production 

Complete required documentation 

Assist with training team members 

Communicate with supervisors, maintenance, and co-workers 

Maintain housekeeping standards and support process improvements 

 

What We Want From You: Lead the Pack 

Preferred qualifications: 

3+ years web handling and 2+ years rotogravure press experience 

Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills 

Ability to distinguish colors accurately 

Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems 

Forklift certification (or ability to obtain) 

Commitment to teamwork, safety, and quality
