The Prior Authorization Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the prior authorization process and following all policies and procedures as well as providing the highest level of customer service to internal and external clients.

In this role, you will:
Collect all necessary documentation to ensure customer needs and contractual requirements. Interact with insurance providers to confirm approval and payment of high dollar molecular tests.Maintain relationships by actively communicating with clients and health care professional to support the needs of managed care services and insurance providerAnalyzes and researches department budget(s) to locate errors and/or omissions, balance account records, and reconcile discrepancies. Provide management and administrative support for federally funded programs.Perform other duties as assigned.All you need, is:
High School graduate or equivalent, good computer skills, data entry skills, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Minimum of 5 years work experience in accounts payables. Competency with spreadsheets and reports.Not required, Accounts Payable Certification a plus.We’ll give you:
