We are currently seeking a PRISM Trainer/Help Desk Specialist to support our Federal Customer virtually and at the customers location in Washington, DC.

Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

As a member of the Help Desk Team, you will be the primary interface for the Federal Agencys end users of the Agency - specific procurement/acquisition system.

In this role, you will:

Need to quickly grasp and learn the system and interface effectively with the end user community. Be responsible for ensuring that 100% of all user generated issues, change/enhancement requests, and usage questions are logged into the ticket tracking system and resolved in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have (minimum 3 years) experience with the Unison PRISM application Experience with Version 7.4 PRISM is preferred. Must have the ability to quickly learn and grasp the functionality of the Agency-specific procurement application system and Ticket System Must be able to diagnose and resolve PRISM issues through conversation with the end users Develop training materials, including user manuals, job aids, and training modules, to support the effective use of PRISM. Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to end-users, both in-person and virtually, covering various PRISM functionalities and modules. Minimum 3 years of experience in providing user training in PRISM is preferred
