Join Us as Prisons Connecting Communities Project Manager and Help Transform Lives

 

A new opportunity has opened to lead as a Prisons Connecting Communities Project Manager, where you’ll  lead the delivery and service development of the continuity of care interventions project alongside the connecting communities team at HMP Liverpool and HMP Forest Bank. Full Time Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Full Time Salary Range: £37,610.99 - £39,302.37 (dependent on experience). pro rata for part time hours

 

 

To be eligible for this role you will an enhanced DBS and prison vetting and clearance.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

This position is for someone energised by launching new services, with a vision for supporting people to thrive.

As Project Manager, you’ll work with the dedicated Connecting Communities teams across HMP Liverpool and HMP Forest Bank to connect individuals with group programs and one-on-one interventions.

Your role will also include evaluating these interventions to ensure they’re making the greatest impact possible.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need prison vetting and clearance.

 

What You’ll Do:

Develop strong partnerships within the prison and local communities to expand services, reduce reoffending, and improve health and well-being outcomes.Tailor interventions and programs to meet the needs of each person, focusing on the period just before their release.Evaluate the effectiveness of each intervention, with an eye for both detail and a passion for impact.
