QualificationsFive (5) or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s DegreeRelevant experience should include working in a customer service roleExcellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communications skillsStrong people skills with proven ability to build strong working relationships with internal clients at all levels of managementDemonstrated ability to work with and support cross-functional project teamsAbility to present information to different audiences and an understanding of how information can be used to identify opportunities for improvements to the way we operate.
