Job Description Respond to data subject rights requests and data privacy requests
Enhance subscriber experience by developing personalized spiels to data privacy queries, concerns, and complaints
Collaborate with internal groups to resolve complaints
Maintain customer satisfaction by monitoring the resolution of complaints
Acknowledge requests for ISDP approval from internal clients
Provide guidance on ISDP policies and practices to internal clients
Update and maintain Globe’s Record of Processing Activities and Record of AI Activities
Generate reports for Privacy Compliance BAUs and projects

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor, filter, and track emails daily from privacy team's functional email

Resolve data subject rights requests and respond within SLA

Acknowledge data privacy queries, concerns, and complaints and respond within SLA

Coordinate with internal groups to ensure resolution of complaints within SLA

Maintain, review, and update scripted responses for data privacy queries, concerns, and complaints at least annually

Perform Privacy Threshold Analysis for projects that are endorsed via Globe’s ticketing tool within SLA (1-2 days from receipt of ticket)

Perform Privacy Impact Assessment for projects via Globe’s privacy management program tool within SLA (3-5 days from submission of responses)

Update and maintain Globe’s Record of Processing Activities and Record of AI Activities via Globe’s privacy management program tool at least once a month

Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of Privacy Compliance BAUs and projects

Assist Privacy Compliance Managers in their duties and responsibilities

Promote data privacy and information security within Globe

Conduct data privacy compliance checks and audits within Globe

Represent Globe to the NPC and other regulatory agencies

Represent Globe in data privacy, information security, and AI forums, workshops, and conferences

Engage in continuous data privacy, information security, and AI training

KPIs:

100% responses to data subject rights requests, data privacy requests, queries, concerns, and complaints

100% completion of Privacy Threshold Analysis requests

Annual Record of Processing Activities and Record of AI Activities

Review and update of Privacy Incident Handling documents

Monthly, quarterly, and annual Privacy Compliance reports

TOP 3-5 DELIVERABLES:

Responses to data subject rights requests, data privacy requests, queries, concerns, and complaints

Privacy Threshold Analysis and Privacy Impact Assessment

Record of Processing Activities and Record of AI Activities

Privacy Incident Handling documents

Monthly, quarterly, and annual Privacy Compliance reports

HIRING REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as law, business administration, or information technology

1-3 years of experience in privacy, regulatory compliance, or audit

Experience in customer relationship management

Experience in telecommunications and/or digital technology

Experience in artificial intelligence
