We are seeking a dedicated and experienced contractor for the role of Privacy Liaison. In this position, you will collaborate closely with AstraZeneca (AZ) as both a Sponsor and client to Evinova, ensuring that their privacy documentation for Evinova's UTS product complies with local laws and regulations. You will work with AZ's legal and privacy teams globally to ensure that privacy notices in UTS are compliant and current with local legislation.

Accountabilities:

Collaborate with AZ's legal and privacy teams worldwide to develop, update, and maintain compliant privacy notices for the UTS product.Partner with Evinova’s Privacy Manager to understand evolving legal, privacy, and regulatory requirements and notify AZ of any potential impacts on their documentation.Understand new features and functionalities being developed for UTS by Evinova’s Product Team to ensure AZ privacy notices are updated to cover new features.Ensure localized AZ privacy documents are approved and ready in a timely manner according to study timelines.Work with content management to ensure AstraZeneca’s privacy documents are efficiently structured and organized.Serve as the single point of contact for all AZ Sponsor Privacy Notice queries from both internal and external sources (e.g., study teams, Ethics Committees, IRBs).Facilitate communication and coordination between AZ and Evinova to promptly address any privacy-related concerns or issues.Ensure AZ's privacy documentation for the UTS product meets Sponsor requirements across various jurisdictions and accurately reflects the UTS product.Consult with Evinova’s Privacy Manager on privacy-related matters concerning the UTS product, including monitoring changes in privacy laws and assessing the impact of new UTS features on AZ's privacy documentation.

Essential Skills/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Law, Business, Information Technology).Proven experience in privacy compliance, preferably within a global organization.Strong understanding of global privacy regulations is highly desirable.Experience working with legal and privacy teams across different jurisdictions is desirable.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively liaise between multiple stakeholders.Strong project management and coordination skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.Experience working in healthcare or on clinical studies is desirable.
