Privacy Manager

Ping Identity is seeking an experienced and talented Privacy Manager to join its Legal Team. In this role, you will help drive compliance with evolving privacy and AI regulations and support the operationalization of privacy and AI governance frameworks. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across legal, security, product, and compliance teams to help shape and enhance Ping Identity’s privacy and AI governance programs.

You will:

Monitor and track emerging global privacy and AI regulations, supporting compliance efforts and providing updates to key stakeholders. Assist in responding to privacy-related inquiries from customers and internal teams, including contractual obligations, data protection requirements, and AI governance provisions. Conduct and support privacy and AI risk assessments, identifying potential compliance risks and recommending mitigation strategies. Support cross-functional initiatives to operationalize AI risk mitigation and ensure the responsible development, deployment, and use of AI across the organization. 

You have:

3+ years of experience in privacy, compliance, or risk management (preferably in a technology or SaaS company). Working knowledge of global privacy laws and frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act) and their business impact. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess privacy and AI risks and support mitigation strategies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex regulatory concepts into practical business advice. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus points if you have:

A CIPP/US, CIPP/E or AIGP certification. Strong transactional skills and experience negotiating, drafting, analyzing, and interpreting a wide range of contracts (e.g., SaaS, IP, and data licensing).

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000

In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
