The chance to make an impact
As a Off-Cycle Analyst, you’ll take your first steps into the fascinating world of international private finance, gaining expertise in key financial markets. By working closely with experienced Private Bankers, you will learn how to assess a client’s needs, then formulate and execute the right solutions to help them reach their goals. You may:
• Perform financial analysis of potential clients
• Prepare presentations and memoranda for existing and new clients
• Support credit and onboarding due diligence
• Attend client meetings with experienced bankers
• Network and build relationships across a global organisation

Who we're looking for
To be considered for this programme, you must be in your penultimate or final year - in any discipline. Language requirements: fluent in English and French.


Ideally you'll have a keen interest in business and finance and an a curiosity to learn. We value resourcefulness, teamwork, enthusiasm and an entrepreneurial spirt, all of which might be showcased through your involvement in extracurricular activities.

Purpose of the role

To participate in the day-to-day activities of the private bank and wealth management division providing insights and expertise that help senior colleagues make informed decisions, develop new products and services, and identify new market opportunities.

Accountabilities

Execution of small research projects, research to support strategic decision making, preparation of presentations and reports to communicate research findings, collaboration with senior management to implement research findings for private bank and wealth management, working closely with high-net-worth clients and their advisors who have complex banking and investment needs.Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.Participation in training and development programmes to enhance skills and knowledge.Identification of opportunities, development of business cases, management of the deployment and launch of new products and services for private bank and wealth management.Management of the development and implementation of financial models and strategies that support in decision making in private bank and wealth management.Training and mentoring of junior colleagues.
