Private Client Concierge

As a Private Client Concierge, you demonstrate full knowledge level in assigned area and is an experienced sole contributor. Anticipates, facilitates, and advances the account onboarding process through leading team workflows. Responsible for accurate and compliant oversight and completion of account onboarding by facilitating across all interested parties including PWAs (Private Wealth Advisor), CRT (Client Relationship Team), PCO (Private Client Operations Team) and end clients.

Primary responsibilities/essential functions:

Executes and coordinates account opening along with PWA/CRT from prospecting, onboarding, and account funding.With minimal supervision, able to assess requirements needed for all account onboardings, work with the client to obtain necessary documentation and facilitate the entire account onboarding through account funding.Builds rapport with clients and intermediaries, where applicable, to maintain a positive working relationship and fully leverage CRT/PCO teams.Strategizes with PWA/CRT to establish a process/service model for addressing and improving the client onboarding experience.Communicates with clients and advisors on various account and/or transactional processes and oversees client onboarding materials.Coordinates with internal and external teams to on-board new and existing client relationships (information collection, documentation and approval compilation, open and fund accounts).Provides subject matter expertise to team/department.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $96,120-$153,792

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
