Overview Gallagher is seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to lead the marketing initiatives in an effort to increase awareness and distinguish ourselves from our competitors! This individual will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence and ensuring our marketing efforts resonate with our high net worth audience and the people that serve them. The ideal candidate will possess a hospitality mindset, understand the nuances of a high net worth lifestyle, and be adept at navigating demanding personalities. This role requires a calm, composed professional who thrives in high-stress situations and in a dynamic, and challenging environment. How you'll make an impact Brand Strategy & Management: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance the market presence and reputation of our Private Client Insurance Group. Collateral & Sales Support: Create, manage, and update marketing collateral and sales support materials that efficiently communicate our value proposition to high net worth clients. Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and carry through exclusive events tailored to our high net worth audience, ensuring each event aligns with our brand values and client expectations. Social Media & PR: Develop and lead social media strategies and public relations campaigns that elevate our brand presence and engage our target audience. Creation & Implementation of Brand Assets: Oversee the creation of brand assets, including brochures, digital content/webinars, and promotional materials, ensuring all materials reflect our brand’s luxury and exclusivity. Content Strategy and Creation: Work closely with our Subject Matter Experts and our National Risk Control group to create a content strategy that is educational and engaging. Partner with our digital team to optimize content for search. Create marketing campaigns that leverage content to support the sales journey. Audience Engagement: Foster strong relationships with both internal and external audiences, understanding their unique needs and preferences, and ensuring our marketing efforts are aligned with their expectations. Cross-functional Relationships: Work with a variety of cross-functional teams within Corporate Marketing and the Private Client business. About You Required: Bachelor's degree in marketing communications or similar field and 7 years related experience. Highly Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on high net worth individuals or luxury brands. Confirmed experience in brand strategy, event management, social media, and PR. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate demanding personalities with poise and professionalism. Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Creative and strategic thinker, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional work and client experiences.
