ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Conducting sales, service, and solicitation of all forms of personal property & casualty insurance business – with an emphasis in the Private Client/High Net Worth space  

Maximizing growth and client retention through superior customer service 

Developing accounts and cross selling available products and services 

Generating and pursuing new client opportunities 

Develop and deliver formal proposals of insurance program  

Retaining clients by maintaining solid relationships 

Collaborate with account managers and the marketing team to complete proposals and selection of potential markets 

Negotiate with carriers and evaluate carrier quotes to secure the best quotes possible for clients 

 

WHAT YOU OFFER US: 

2+ years industry experience 

Active P&C license in SC or NC required 

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products 

Sales acumen - strong communication, interpersonal, multi-tasking, and organizational skills required 

The preferred candidate is a team player with a great attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment 

High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education preferred  

Department Sales

Required Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience

Required Travel: Negligible

Required Education: High school or equivalent
