Applicants must be within driving distance to the Columbus office to be considered for this role and have the ability to commute to the office.

A day in the life.

As a Private Client Services Account Manager you will:

Be responsible for all steps in the processing of:Evidence of Property/Binders/ ID cardsInvoicing/AccountingEndorsementsApplicationsElectronic file maintenanceAccount roundingEffectively assisting clients with coverage issues and changesLimited new business salesManage the marketing processFollow up and handle aged receivablesVerbal and written correspondence with clients, carriers, and mortgage companies

4+ years of personal lines insurance experienceExcellent organizational skillsProven customer service and relationsAble to research and analyze problems independentlyMust have excellent written and verbal communication skillsMulti-tasked and detail orientedProficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, OutlookAble to self-check for accuracyMust learn the Agency Management System and Imaging SystemMust have Property & Casualty resident agents license or obtain within 90 days
