Part-Time Skilled Nurse - Farragut, TN (Pediatric)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Skilled Nurse to provide part-time care for a pediatric patient in Farragut, TN (37932). This position involves 20 hours per week, delivering total care, including G-tube management and other specialized support.

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 9:30 AM - 4:00/4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Provide total care for a pediatric patient, including G-tube feedings and other skilled nursing tasks.Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and other activities of daily living.Monitor and document the patient’s condition, ensuring timely updates and communication with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities Perform selected nursing procedures within the scope of LPN practiceProvide patient and family teaching according to plan outlined by the RNMonitor patient's vital signs and make specific measurements and observationsMonitor and record intake and output.
