Adoration Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN for a full-time position in Henderson, TN. This role offers a consistent schedule working Monday through Friday during school hours, providing specialized one-on-one care for a pediatric patient in a school setting. Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM (School Hours)

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care, including medication administration and health monitoring.Assist the patient with activities of daily living (ADLs) within a school environment.Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and school staff to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed.Maintain accurate documentation of the patient's condition and any changes.

Responsibilities Perform selected nursing procedures within the scope of LPN practiceProvide patient and family teaching according to plan outlined by the RNMonitor patient's vital signs and make specific measurements and observationsMonitor and record intake and output.
