Private Duty LPN – Full-Time Rotating Shifts

Location: Jackson, TN

 

Overview:
Adoration Home Health & Hospice is seeking two skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one in-home care on a rotating schedule. This position offers a predictable 36/48-hour workweek, providing flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients’ lives.

 

Schedule:

Week 1: Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (48 hours)Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (36 hours)

Responsibilities:

Deliver personalized nursing care, including medication administration and vital sign monitoring.Provide patient and family support while maintaining a safe and clean environment.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.

Certifications Required:

Active LPN license in Tennessee.Current CPR certification. Responsibilities Perform selected nursing procedures within the scope of LPN practiceProvide patient and family teaching according to plan outlined by the RNMonitor patient's vital signs and make specific measurements and observationsMonitor and record intake and output.
