We are seeking a dedicated LPN to provide one-on-one, in-home care in Knoxville, TN (37924). This role offers a meaningful opportunity to make a difference in a patient's daily life.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PMMonday, Thursday: 11:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Total: 45 hours per week

Qualifications

Active LPN license.CPR certification required.Gtube care experience preferred but training is available. Responsibilities Perform selected nursing procedures within the scope of LPN practiceProvide patient and family teaching according to plan outlined by the RNMonitor patient's vital signs and make specific measurements and observationsMonitor and record intake and output.
