Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking RN's or LPN's to work with a new patient of ours in Steep Falls. This patient has a gastronomy tube, dependent on oxygen, diabetes, and a ventilator. They are looking for a Private Duty Nurse (PDN) for Monday-Friday day shifts (roughly 40 hours). They also have some overnights available if you are interested in that.
If this patient does not interest you, we also have immediate Per-Diem, Part-Time, and Full-Time availability in Buxton, Westbrook, Portland, Falmouth and many more areas! These patients are eager to have a Private Duty Nurse join the team, even if its just for one shift a week.

Responsibilities
Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care. Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs. Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses. Other Registered Nurse duties as assigned.Qualifications
Registered Nurse Unencumbered License for the state of Maine or another compact state. Current PPD or Chest X-Ray. Current Health Certificate (per facility). Current BLS or AHA Healthcare Provider CPR Certification. Flu vaccination Pediatric experience preferred (but not required).Benefits
