Travel Flexibility Required:
This position requires flexibility to travel within the designated service area to provide support where needed. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for picking up cases as needed to assist and strengthen the team, ensuring seamless and high-quality patient care. Plus this position offers flexibility scheduling your own visits!

What You’ll Do:

As a Pediatric Registered Nurse, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring quality care for patients and their families by:

Conducting meaningful observations, evaluations, and reporting findings.

Delivering skilled nursing care and adjusting treatment plans as needed.

Communicating changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team promptly.

Accurately documenting all care provided.

Demonstrating leadership, understanding, and respect for your team’s skills and contributions.

Upholding Elara Caring’s mission, philosophy, and policies to deliver exceptional care.

What You Bring:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

1+ year of RN experience.

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.

Willingness to travel within your designated area (approximately 50%).
