Private Equity - Institutional Client Solutions (ICS), Associate
Job Description:
Blackstone’s Private Equity Institutional Client Solutions (ICS) group raises capital for Blackstone’s Private Equity funds.
This role works with the broader ICS sales team, Deal teams, Finance, Operations, and Legal & Compliance to prepare all marketing and fundraising materials for each of Blackstone’s Private Equity funds.
Responsibilities:
Participate in the creation, review, and maintenance of all materials related to the marketing and fundraising cycle from fund concept, pitchbook, PPM, talking points, and other materials
Review and complete LP due diligence requests and bespoke analyses
Create, coordinate, and review bespoke investor presentations
Assist in the development, preparation, and review of annual LP conference materials and annual LP letter
Draft presentations and memorandums for senior management
Work and coordinate with the broader ICS sales team, Deal teams, Finance, Operations, and Legal & Compliance to prepare marketing materials for existing LPs and prospective investors
Qualifications:
Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. Qualifications for this role include, but are not limited to:
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other related discipline; strong academic record
2+ years of investment banking, investor reporting, valuations, or other related experience
Strong attention to detail
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly motivated with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment and handle multiple projects with competing deadlines
Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong work ethic and results oriented

Expected annual base salary range:
$135,000 - $160,000Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
