Here at Agah, we are looking for a private equity specialist to perform statistical evaluations of information related to investment programs and financial data of private institutions, including business valuations.

Responsibilities:

Analyze the financial or operational performance of companies facing financial difficulties to identify and recommend solutions.Develop feasibility studies and business plans for new projects.Collaborate with potential investors to attract new investments.Work on projects alongside other professionalsEvaluate companies as investment opportunities for clients by assessing their facilities.Establish, develop, and maintain client relationships and provide them with advice, if necessary, regarding funding, scheduling, etc.Monitor key economic, industrial, and corporate developments by analyzing information.

Requirements:

Knowledgeable about a wide range of industries and companies.2+ years of experience in investing, capital markets, investment banking, or investor relations.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Finance.Strong writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong ability to multi-task, managing multiple projects with different deadlines.Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
