Private Facilities Manager Position, Cape Town, South Africa - Live-Out 

**please note we can only consider candidates currently living in Cape Town, South Africa or have a South African Passport and a base in Cape Town**

A returning client of Greycoat Lumleys, who has large luxury residences throughout the globe, is now seeking a polished and professional Private Facilities Manager for a very large 6 floor, waterside residence in Cape Town South Africa. 

Duties:

Daily interaction with 3rd party contractors & Maintenance Project Manage large scale refurbishments  Manage 3rd party contractors and supervise works  Regular set meetings with the Principal to give updates  Ad-hoc maintenance Oversee large residence with many utilities including, spa, plunge pool, sauna, games room etc. 

To be considered: 

Must be based in Cape Town, or have a base there Must have verifiable experience in Facilities for either Hotels, 5* luxury resorts / offices or private estates  Must be fluent in English  Must be a Driver The successful candidate must be presentable, polished and ideally have a hospitality background or disposition  Must be a dog lover 

Benefits 

Highly competitive salary: circa 60,000 ZAR per month (negotiable for exceptional candidates)  Monday to Friday with flexibility Full time all year round position, but with more downtime when off season Immediate start for the right candidate
