Private Wealth Client Associate - San Francisco, CA

Description

The Client Associate is responsible for providing day-to-day support to Financial Advisors. The Client Associate helps lead onboarding and maintenance for new and existing clients. The incumbent is responsible for client relationship management, which includes developing and maintaining strong relationships with high net worth clients. Lastly, he/she is responsible for client communication and education, which includes the communication of investment updates, market insights, and performance reports.

Primary responsibilities include

Responsible for portfolio management support, financial planning assistance, and account administration, including maintaining the requisite account documentation and monitoring pending transactions to ensure their prompt and complete resolution. Oversee the execution of daily transactions.Develop and nurture positive relationships with high-net-worth clients, wealth managers, and wealth management team members.Assist with client onboarding processes, including but not limited to the establishment of new accounts.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

FINRA license Series 7 & 66 or 63/65 strongly preferredUndergraduate degree a plusStrong knowledge of investment and banking products and job-related experience (in Wealth, brokerage or RIA experience)Detail oriented and customer focusedProfessional verbal and written communicationBackground in private wealth management industry is advantageous

Hours per Week: 40Work Schedule: Monday- Friday

Pay Transparency 

The salary range for this position is $32-$41 per hour. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
