OUR IMPACT
Private Wealth Management (PWM) secures, develops and manages relationships with high net worth individuals, their families, family offices and foundations. PWM assists clients with building and preserving their financial wealth by creating and implementing long-term asset allocation within the context of each client’s particular risk tolerance, and by providing access to innovative investment ideas and opportunities. PWM professionals develop customized investment strategies and offer a full array of wealth management products and services, including private banking and trust company services. 

The Client Outreach Team sits within the PWM Centre of Excellence and aims to create a smooth front-to-back client onboarding process, working directly with clients and closely with sales teams, operations and other stakeholders to open accounts in and efficient and streamlined way. 

 

YOUR IMPACT
A Wealth Management Professional within the Client Outreach Team provides a seamless account opening experience to PWMs largest clients, working directly with advisors across the business, to onboard them in an efficient and timely manner while at the same time refining processes and creating best practices for the benefit of the PWM business as a whole. How you will fulfill your potential:

Leverage your operational background and experience to contribute to a growing businessPlan and manage new account onboarding processWork closely with Private Wealth Advisors to support the onboarding of their PWM clientsWork directly with clients to onboard them into PWMDevelop an understanding of client structuresApply knowledge of Goldman client structures and jurisdictional nuances to different situationsApply knowledge of regulatory requirements and internal policiesCreate efficiencies and best practices to be shared more widelyServe as a key liaison to other areas supporting the onboarding of PWM clientsPartner with Client Onboarding Team, Compliance, Legal and Operations 

 

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree 1-3 years of prior work experience in a relevant field. Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-throughStrong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlinesTeam player with positive attitude and strong work ethicStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to adapt quickly to a variety of industries and businessesAbility to self-direct, analyze and evaluate and form independent judgmentsAbility to effectively interact and build relationships with senior management and global stakeholders Commercially savvy with ability to exercise discretion with respect to highly confidential/sensitive informationIntegrity, ethical standards and sound judgment
