Are you living your life's work? Summary: + Coordinates grant activities for projects in development, active, or closed award status. Advises on project planning, constructs application, and collaborates with accounting partners on fiscal and auditing requirements. Monitors and responds to reporting requirements on active projects and assists with closing procedures. Responsibilities: + Maintains list of required information for grant applications, including UEI number, nonprofit documentation, etc. Responsible for ensuring executives have active registrations with Federal and state systems as required by funders for applications and active grants. Includes guiding individuals through registration steps and maintaining records for compliance.Manage all grant contract and notice of award uploads, interactions, troubleshooting/resolution with Pennfor.Monitors monthly spending of active grants. Alert project and grants teams to situations that need attention. Handles budget modification and project modification requests, including collecting documents, finalizing calculations, and ensuring all requirements are met.Reviews grant application requirements and eligibility. Creates detailed workplans and templates for all required proposal sections. Assists in reviewing proposal parts. Compiles, organizes, prepares proposal for executive review. Uploads and submits.Reviews requirements and creates detailed templates for reports. Assists in editing, preparing for review and submission, uploads for deadline.Manages executive review and signature processes, including for feasibility stage, submission review, and post-award documents. Includes sending documents, coordinating with executive admins, and tracking each packet against internal and external deadlines.Maintains records of grant documents as required for compliance.Tracks status of all applications Education or Equivalent Experience: + Bachelor of Arts or Science (Required) + 1+ years using Federal grant application software + Other + 1+ years experience in research, quality assurance, or performance management We believe that the best care for our patients starts with the best care for our employees.
