A Nurse Practitioner at Munson Healthcare provides daily clinical management of and oversight of the team and patients. The Nurse Practitioner will provide for the second point of contact for clinical decision making and will triage appropriately to the physician and team members. Insight from this perspective will be needed by team to build a solid process that allows the patients to be cared for effectively and efficiently with the goals of appropriate inpatient and emergency department utilization. What’s Required: Experience/Education + Registered Nurse/MSN and board certification as an adult/family nurse practitioner licensed in the state of Michigan or physician assistant licensed in the state of Michigan. + Family certification preferred. + 2 years of nurse practitioner/physician assistant experience preferred. Home care experience preferred.
