Private Duty/Pediatric Nurse (LPN) – Make a Difference Every Day
We are looking for dedicated Private Duty/Pediatric Nurses (LPNs) who are passionate about delivering high-quality care. Pay is based on experience and shifts with a range of $28.00 to $33.00/hr.
What You’ll Do:Provide comprehensive, high-quality nursing care in a home setting under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
Collaborate in developing personalized care plans with an interdisciplinary team.
Educate patients and caregivers on health management.
Accept and document verbal and written physician orders, with RN co-signature as needed.
Maintain ongoing communication with physicians, patients, families, and team members regarding patient conditions.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all care provided.
What You Need:
Active LPN license in Connecticut (or Compact License).
Pediatric LPN experience (minimum of 12 months).
Home health experience preferred.
Reliable transportation to fulfill job duties.
Strong commitment to quality patient care.
Ability to lift, push, and pull 50-100 lbs.
Willingness to travel (50%) as needed.
Pediatric Registered Nurse – Key Contributions:Perform meaningful evaluations and provide detailed reports.
Recognize and adapt to changing patient needs while maintaining high-quality care.
Effectively communicate patient condition changes to the healthcare team.
Lead with understanding, respect, and appreciation for the skills of others.
