This PRN position offers you a flexible schedule and opportunities to apply for part-time and full-time positions and join the Pharmacy Technician Apprentice Program. **A caregiver in this position works Day/Evening Rotation, from 8:30am-5:30pm.** A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Refill and maintain automated dispensing systems. + Fill medication carts daily. + Prepare orders and maintain inventory for the pharmacy. + Repackage bulk medications. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + A high school diploma or GED. + Registration as a Certified Pharmacy Technician, Registered Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Trainee with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy. You must be eligible for registration as a Certified Pharmacy Technician with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy and register within 6 months of hire. Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Completion of a formal pharmacy technician training program. + Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) through the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB).
