This individual assists the primatologist, urogynecologist and/or other physician specialist in patient care and procedures. **You Will Be Responsible For:** + Exercise professional judgment in performance of services, maintaining a caring demeanor. + Excellent communication skills with patients and family. + Properly position patient and equipment, and manipulate technical factors, to achieve high quality images for interpretation. + Administer medical aid as required for any emergency situation. + Wear protective apparel as required by Standard Precautions policy. Apply sterile technique for sterile Sonography procedures. + Perform all other duties as necessary to ensure patient satisfaction and quality exams. Qualifications **What You Will Need:** + High School graduate or equivalent is required. + Graduate of an accredited school of sonography. + Minimum 3 years of experience in either obstetric and perinatal sonography, urogynecology sonography and/or other specialized diagnostic studies is preferred. A history of working with a Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialist, Urogynecologist and/or other specialty trained physicians in the past is preferred.
