Hours and Location:
Location: 360 Peak One Drive, Frisco, CO 80443. Pharmacy Operational Hours: Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
As a PRN Pharmacist on the Specialty Pharmacy team at Omnicell, you’ll contribute to a community’s well-being, act as a trusted advisor to patients, and ensure pharmacy operations are efficient, effective, and continually improving while being a part of a global organization dedicated to innovation in medication management. (This is an On Call / Back Up for vacation, PTO, Sick or other leave for the PIC / Staff Pharmacists at site.)
Provide exceptional and personalized patient care and pharmacy counseling services; advise and guide with empathy, confidentiality, and diligence. Build effective relationships to ensure accurate and safe dispensing of medication to patients. Embrace a deep understanding of pharmacy operations and a drive for continual improvement, learning, and leading to provide the best possible patient care and empower the pharmacy team’s development. Stay informed of regulations, retail pharmacy best practices, and knowledge of specialty diseases such as Autoimmune, Oncology, Hepatitis C, HIV, and more.

What You’ll Bring:
Basic Qualifications:
Pharm.D. or BS Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy. Pharmacist license current and in good standing in the sate of Colorado. A growth mindset and maintain any continuing education requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of working Pharmacist experience (strong preference in retail/outpatient pharmacy) Specialty pharmacy Prior authorization experience Three years (preferred) of experience in the practice of pharmacy Experience managing some direct / indirect reports.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
This position is moderately active and requires standing, walking, and other movement for the duration of the shift and lifting up to 25 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. Ability to see distinctions in colors and shapes. Base Compensation: Hourly pay $45.79 to $65.41.
(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as location, education, experience, and skillset.)
