Whirlpool is currently seeking qualified candidates for the Pro Sales Manager position to join our Big Box Builder organization in the Builder channel. This role is located in North Carolina.
Responsible for delivering a clear strategy and financial metrics for the Pro business at Lowe’s through pricing, promotion, marketing, in-store/on-line experience, and growth of the builder pipeline. This should be accomplished by close collaboration with internal process partners including the Lowe’s General Manager & Sales team, Lowe’s Operations / Trade Experience teams, Big Box Builder team, and Merchandising as well as work with internal Lowe’s shopper marketing team on on-line and in-store experience levers. Provide input into the Lowe’s forecasting process each week and communicate risks and opportunities. Manage Lowe’s Pro processes and pricing. Continuously work towards delivering a frictionless experience for the Pro at Lowe’s. Collaborate as part of the broader Big Box Builder Team, a strategic priority within Whirlpool.

Bachelor’s degree 3+ years of sales experiencePreferred skills and experiences
Past selling experience in the builder channelHome appliance and/or consumer product goods sales experience Big box sales experience Posture of curiosity and passion for learningDrive to meet timelines, create assessments and be results focused Ability to build relationships with key customersExceptional communication skills and detailed follow upProven analytical skills and ability to use data to drive insight selling Strong financial acumen Continuous improvement mindsetStrong knowledge of Whirlpool operations and support functions processAbility to work with cross-functional teams to reach common goals
