Pro Sales Support Specialist

Your Impact

The primary purpose of this job is to be the point of contact for all sales and administrative support needs of the Lowe's ePro Sales Managers and outside sales teams. This position will be responsible for the intake, prioritization, solution development and follow up on any support needed for the customer, enabling the outside sales team to spend more time in front of the customer. This position is responsible for working collaboratively with the outside sales team and their peers in the role to help the entire team continuously learn and respond with the solution in a timely manner.

What will you do:

Support shared mailboxes, supporting sales teams and customer request, inquiries in a timely basis.

Reporting

Submit intake tickets for new customer request to integrate with Lowe's, to the ePro Sales team.

Support our customer (Outside Sales Team) and our customers with all aspects of the Lowe's punchout site, including order status, invoicing and

Communication enhancements and fixes to customers, to ensure they understand the newest functionality of the Lowe's Punchout site.

Define clear standards by maintaining the ePro Integration process documentation.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field

1-5 years experience in B2B sales

Preferred Qualifications

Lowe's systems understanding a plus
