Probe Manager, AS&O – Decatur, IL
This is an exempt level position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively managing inbound grain trucks and truck flows. They will work in a fast paced environment and will be responsible for managing the relationship between customers, external partners and internal teams. Representatives will have exposure to scheduling, inventories and logistics management.

Responsibilities:Work with commercial teams and NAPI (North American Processor Inspection) to ensure a positive customer experienceAddress issues with customer data input at the probe locationAddress IT issues that come up with inbound grainsCoordinate IP and Resource soybean runs with the operations teams & commercial teamsMonitor inbound IP and Resource runs to ensure compliance of inbound specialty beansTeam up with ADM Originators, Commercial trading team and ADM elevators to execute the strategy around specialty campaignsManage grain flow from the probe to the respective plants by utilizing the holding area and guard on siteWork with operations and commercial team to create process improvements for truck wait times and customer experiencesKeep organized records of executed inbound deliveriesKnow, follow and enforce all safety standards, regulations, and company policies and promote a strong safety cultureExperience:Associates degree or equivalent higher education/work experienceStrong working knowledge of office PC hardware and software systems Job Requirements:Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, MS Outlook Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet specific deadlinesInterpersonal skills with desire to be a team memberEffective oral and written communicationHigh performer with initiative to learn other responsibilitiesExcited about this role but don’t meet every requirement listed?
