Job Description This position will be responsible for the monitoring of problem resulting to regulatory and financial risks, performing risk assessments and problem management to support closed loop resolution

The Problem Management Expert plays a crucial role in supporting the problem resolution by executing close loop resolution and ensuring non recurrence of identified problems. He/she actively identify areas for improvement, escalate issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective and preventive actions.
