Job Description This position will be responsible for the monitoring of problem resulting to regulatory and financial risks, performing risk assessments and problem management to support closed loop resolutionDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Vendor Management: Assist in maintaining a strong working relationship with the third-party vendor by supporting the correction of recurring problems affecting performance
Close Loop resolutions: Provide stop to recurring issues by coordinating and finding permanent solutions with help the help of other enablers
Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data and trends for identified problem
Root Cause Analysis: Promptly identify and escalate PM-related issues to the Quality and Risk Lead and collaborate with the stakeholders to develop permanent solutions
Continuous Improvement Contribution: Actively participate in initiatives to improve the L2A process by suggesting ideas for streamlining process and policies. Support the Lead in driving continuous improvement efforts by ensuring problems identified are being given resolution
Corrective Actions - Provides correction on identified error
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in problem and risk management related role, with familiarity in Acquisition
Analytical Skills: Competent in data analysis, with the ability to interpret and evaluate problem metrics and make recommendations for process enhancements.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of providing clear feedback and engaging with team members to address problems
Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, ensuring thoroughness
Team Player: Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with team members and follow guidance from the Risk and Quality Lead to achieve Problem resolution scores
Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving abilities to identify quality-related issues, escalate concerns, and suggest corrective actions as needed.
Bachelor's Degree in any related field
