Problem Manager

The Problem Manager is responsible for preventing and resolving client issues proactively. The scope of this job includes creating and deploying proactive resolution strategies for WellSky clients via data mining and analysis, knowledge creation oversite, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze historical data to identify and eliminate potential incidents before they occur.Identify and record problem opportunities and resolution paths.Work with individual team members to strategize potential mitigation and deployment strategies.Develop client content that can be deployed for self-service opportunities to quantify problems and ensure problem prevention.Maintain training materials and ensure teammates are equipped to perform.Participate as a key contributor to projects to improve team efficiency, solution supportability, and expedited service delivery.Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:   

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experienceAt least 2-4 years of experience

  

Preferred Qualifications:      

Healthcare industry experience

Job Expectations:

Willing to work additional or irregular hours as neededMust work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client informationMust be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
