Job Title: PROCEDE Product Configurator [ Product Config / Integration / Reinsurance Domain knowledge/ Testing] Product Configuration: + Configure and customize the PROCEDE platform to align with client-specific reinsurance products and business requirements. + Define and manage product rules, parameters, and data structures within the PROCEDE system. + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document configuration requirements. Integration: + Work closely with the integration team to ensure seamless integration of the PROCEDE platform with other enterprise systems and third-party applications. + Develop and maintain integration scripts, APIs, and connectors to facilitate data flow between systems. + Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data integrity and smooth operation. Troubleshooting: + Diagnose and resolve configuration and technical issues related to the PROCEDE platform. + Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the configured products, addressing any issues that arise during and after implementation. + Analyze and resolve system errors, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Installation Knowledge: + Assist with the installation and setup of the PROCEDE platform for new and existing clients. + Provide technical guidance and support during the installation process, ensuring a successful deployment. + Create and update installation documentation and user guides for internal teams and clients. Experience: + 3+ years of experience in product configuration, preferably within the reinsurance or insurance domain. + Hands-on experience with the PROCEDE platform or similar reinsurance product configuration tools. + Proven experience in system integration, including API management, data mapping, and scripting. + Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly. Technical Skills: + Proficiency in configuring reinsurance products and understanding complex business rules. + Familiarity with integration tools, middleware, and APIs. + Knowledge of SQL, scripting languages, and data transformation tools. + Experience with installation and deployment of enterprise software systems.
