Our Nuclear Services Group is seeking a Procedure Writer to work remotely supporting Duane Arnold Nuclear Power Plant Subsequent License Renewal. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence by shaping and refining critical procedures, collaborating with diverse teams and ensuring seamless execution. This position can be Part Time or Full Time.
ResponsibilitiesEach day, you’ll play a key role in shaping clear, effective procedures by collaborating with engineers, maintenance teams, and program owners. With a sharp eye for detail, you'll drive revisions, address feedback, and ensure everything meets the highest standards. In this role, your expertise will drive efficiency, innovation and the success of the team.
Procedure Development & Review: Prepare and review procedure revisions in accordance with Client Technical Procedures and associated Writer's GuidesChange Management & Documentation: Process procedure changes in accordance with Client procedures including addressing all comments, obtaining approvals, and loading into Client’s document tracking systemCollaboration & Expertise: Provide close coordination with maintenance, program owners, and system engineers. Experience with procedure writing is essential Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of Procedure Writing experience OR appropriate industry recognized licenses or certification AND minimum 8 years of Procedure Writing experienceNuclear power experience is requiredExperience with Nextera Energy is preferredDemonstrated strong oral and written communication skillsAbility to work both independently and in a team environment
