Your main activities will include: • Assisting the Chief Engineer with budgeting, planning (milestones and reviews), workload plans, reports, and critical issues. • Ensuring the proper application of processes and methods. • Specifying/validating tools, ensuring their proper functionality, and maintaining consistency with Airbus tools. • Measuring overall performance (lost time, non-productive time). • Monitoring elements of evolution, compliance, DQNs, and supporting associated actions. • Providing support to the program and manufacturing on engineering topics. • Collecting data, complaints, and feedback on processes and tools to identify improvements. These activities will be capitalized on and also put into perspective to prepare future processes and engineering tools for the upcoming single-aisle program as part of Safran Electrical & Power's “NExT” plan. As a PPMO, you will represent the Harness team and the Processes and Tools (P&T) teams at the steering committee. You will also be the client's focal point on all topics related to engineering processes and tools.
