Process + Systems Manager

You will be part of our Sea Logistics team, adding your leadership expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer + Operational Excellence.
**Your Role**
Managing the System + Process function + where relevant, the team supporting this including all the related activities of process analysis, continuous improvement, training, support + maintenance of all processes + related applications.
**Your Responsibilities**
Your focus will be on constantly supporting our teams through enhancing operational capability + delivery of systems data quality, implementing new systems, testing + training. You will also be involved in the execution of business strategy via process improvement initiatives + management of KPIs.
• To ensure operational excellence through adherence to designed processes + audits.
• To support the Customer Care locations (CCL), Sales as well as Operational Care locations (OCC) through quality training, day to day support systems + processes.
• To actively manage interfaces + the exchange of information + knowledge across the organization.
• To drive initiatives for the continuous improvements of processes + controls for lean processes focusing on cost effectiveness + productivity.
• To ensure the testing + implementation of new systems + processes.
• To monitor KPIs + drive high data quality, review + action planning together with the stakeholders.
• To manage projects + ensure consistent progress of activities + provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• To act as the interface between IT + the business by defining + communicating system requirements in cooperation with the Corporate team
**Your Skills and Experiences**
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree of any related course.
- Possesses strong leadership skills + focus on customer + stakeholder relationships
