JOB SUMMARY

In this role, your work plays an integral role in maintaining our vendor relationships and cash flow, while also providing the foundation for building our financial statements. DURING A TYPICAL DAY
Reconcile AR and AP (subsidiary ledgers to general ledger) dailyGenerate invoices daily and review for accuracy before distribution to the customerProcess AP invoices in a timely mannerProcess freight related paymentsPrepare month-end accruals (freight, lease inventory, price true-ups)Update operating lease schedule monthlyAssist with vendor maintenance and year-end 1099sMaintain and update process documentation for roleSince we are all about teamwork and getting the job done, your skills may be put to a lot of other uses!QUALIFICATIONS: WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years’ experience in accounting or a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field Experience working with Microsoft Office including MS Excel and OutlookExperience working with financial statementsExperience applying and interpreting GAAPSTRENGTHS OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
