Process Analyst
Overview: We are seeking a Process Analyst to support our team in enhancing credit card processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments, including credit, fraud, and contact centers, to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Improvement: Collaborate with credit, fraud, and contact center teams to conduct call listening sessions and identify areas for process enhancement.
Data Analysis: Create and maintain PowerBI dashboards to monitor performance and identify trends.
Testing and Implementation: Conduct testing for branches and contact centers to ensure the effectiveness of new processes.
Stakeholder Engagement: Visit branches to interview staff, understand their pain points, and help them manage and understand updates.
Communication: Provide clear and understandable communication to all stakeholders regarding process changes and improvements.
